GWHBrunch-0958-XLIf the best part of waking up is mimosa in your cup, then you’ll definitely want to pay attention to this news: Starting March 28, Gamlin Whiskey House will be offering brunch on Saturdays AND Sundays.

“Brunch is such a great way to bring friends and family together in a relaxed atmosphere,” says owner Derek Gamlin. “It really suits the customer base we’ve been working to build at Gamlin Whiskey House.”

Egg dishes, savory sandwiches and biscuits & gravy — based on a Gamlin family recipe — are just a few of the Gamlin Whiskey House brunch offerings, which have been available on Sunday mornings since February 2014. The sit-down brunch also features a selection of whiskey-based cocktails, perfect for a lazy, lounge-y start to your weekend.

“We have developed our brunch menu around traditional items, with a twist,” says owner Lucas Gamlin. “My favorite? The Chilaquiles. It’s slightly unexpected, but absolutely delicious. There are a lot of great things to choose from — luckily now you can come two days a week and try them all!”

Guests can also choose from items such as the chicken and waffles, prime rib and egg, blackberry-stuffed French toast and Oreo cookie pancakes. Cocktail options highlight Gamlin’s whiskeys in a Bloody Ghost Bloody Mary, Irish Bubbles or Whiskey in the Morning cocktail.
