The scene: Just opened in Oct 2013, Gamlin has already acquired a serious collection of 270+ whiskeys, including a single barrel Knob Creek, all 5 Pappys, and a ’74 A.H. Hirsch that’s $300 for a 2.5oz pour. The whiskey sommelier on duty can help you select one. Despite the “sommelier”, things are kept quite casual, with servers often dressed in t-shirts.
