5 Idaho Potatoes – wash, peeled and sliced
1 Yellow Onion, diced
2 Cups Heavy Cream
2 Tablespoons of salt
1 Tablespoon of Thyme
1 Cup White Cheddar Cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients together in 9 x 13 pan; bake in oven for 20 minutes – until potatoes are tender.
Remove from oven and top with white cheddar cheese, place back in the oven for 5 minutes to melt cheese.
