Gamlin Restaurant Group encouraging bartenders nationwide to think outside the bottle
On March 27, Gamlin Restaurant Group owners Derek and Lucas Gamlin, alongside corporate bar manager Dustin Parres and corporate general manager Jeremy Beatty, will present at the National Nightclub & Bar Show in Las Vegas. They are the only presenters from the St. Louis area who were selected to present.
The team will use the more than 13 years of experience they have gained at Sub Zero Vodka Bar, Gamlin Whiskey House and the soon-to-open 1764 Public House to present Cocktails: Think Outside The Bottle. The presentation will provide information and techniques bartenders can use to uniquely elevate cocktails.
The annual show hosts some of the world’s top food, beverage and nightlife industry leaders for innovative speaker sessions that touch on some of the most on-trend and thought-provoking topics for those in the nightclub and bar industry today.
